Herzig, Barak, Hadassi – Law Offices, was established 30 years ago, as a "boutique" Law Office which specializes in the Laws of Tenders. As such, our Law Office has been leading for many years the filed of Tender Laws in Israel.

Our Law Office was involved in some of the most important precedents which were ruled by the High Court of Justice and the Supreme Court in many fundamental aspects of Tender Laws, which strengthen the rights of Tenderers to participate in Public Tenders in fair competition and in equality terms.

Our specialization finds its expression in the essential books in Tender Laws ("Tender Laws" – Bursi publishing), which were written by the founder of the Office – Advocate Herzig Shmuel, with the help of the other lawyers in the Office. The books "Tender Laws" are frequently used as a references by the Courts in their judgments.

Throughout the years, our Law Office has prepared and accompanied some of the most important and complicated Tenders published in Israel, including, inter alia – the Tenders for the Israeli Television Second Channel, computerization of the Lottery On-Line System, Waste-To-Energy Inciniration Plants for municipal waste and sludge, etc, as well as accompanying Israel's major corporations which has participated in some of the biggest and most complicated Tenders published in Israel, including, inter alia – the Tenders for the Mobile Phone Operators, the Regional Radio Concessions Tenders, the Tenders for Cable Television, etc.
